We’re from Ridgewood. We live here, and for nearly 10 years ECB has been our way of feeding the neighborhood the way we’d feed our own family. The cooking is Italian with a modern twist, and the regulars will tell you it’s a hidden gem. Our Neapolitan-style pizza starts with dough we age for three days.
